Manufacturing at our factory in China has already been completed and shipping has begun.The products are scheduled to arrive in Japan on September 3, and will be delivered to our warehouse in Japan after import procedures are completed. Please note that there may be some delays in shipping due to container shortages and congestion as a result of typhoons and COVID-19. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who are looking forward to receiving the products.We apologize for the delay, and we will let you know promptly if there is any change in the schedule. For those who have reserved Atmoph Window 2 [Wood]:
We must sincerely apologize, as a result of typhoon-related delays and cargo congestion, the delivery of the wood frames to China has faced delays.The wood frames are scheduled to arrive in China on or around September 3, after which they will be assembled onto the Atmoph Window 2 main body and reshipped to Japan. In accordance with this schedule, it is expected that at the earliest delivery will take place mid or possibly late September. We most sincerely apologize for this delay.
