1. What methods of payment are available?

You can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, amazon pay, or direct bank deposit.
 

2. How long does it take to receive the product?

For products with standard shipping, we dispatch within two working days of your order. For details, please check the outline of each product. Once it’s shipped, an email with a tracking number will be automatically sent to you.

3. How much is the shipping fee?

It depends on the country and how many products you order. You can see the total amount of your order before checking out. Noted, VAT/custom duty are not included.

4. Will products marked as “sold out” become available again?

We endeavor to restock sold out products as quickly as possible. Time frames differ for each product, so please check under product details.

5. Will the product I receive be the same as in the photograph on your webpage?

There is an image for each product, however in the case of handmade products with natural wood grain for example, there may be differences in the final product as a result of the materials used or the production process.

6. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Sure, as long as dispatch procedures are not already underway, it is possible to cancel your order. Please email us at contact@atmoph.com.

7. Is it possible to use Atmoph Window world wide?

Yes. The adapter covers the voltage world wide, so choose the plug type of your using country. Our service may not be available in mainland China. Note, that we do not ship Japan-only products worldwide.
