Atmoph Window 2:Notification of Delivery Delay

Thank you for ordering Atmoph Window 2.

We are very sorry that we have to let our customers who have been looking forward to the arrival of their Atmoph Window 2 know that there are some delays. We have unfortunately no choice but to push back the scheduled third dispatch of Atmoph Window 2 which was planned for the end of August. We foresee that there will be a delay of approximately one month, and are planning dispatch for the end of September.

We are very sorry about this unfortunate news and for the inconvenience it causes.

The reasons for the delay are as follows:

  • Due to the fact that there were some reports of the monitor and frame getting damaged/broken during transport, we are preparing additional packaging material.
  • We received feedback that the substitute part inserted in place of the module (for when the module is not inserted) looked too much like the real module causing confusion, so we decided to manufacture this part differently.
