Notification of Dispatch Delay (for the customer who placed an order from Atmoph Store)

Earlier we informed you that we would be initiating dispatch from March. We most thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, today we have some disappointing news.

Presently, due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-2019) outbreak, there have been production delays at the factory in China. As a result, shipment to our crowdfunding supporters, which was scheduled to take place this month, is currently suspended. As a result, it is foreseen that due to the backlog, there will be shipping delays for our supporters. We must sincerely apologize for these repeated delays. We will be letting you know details as soon as the production schedule details become clear. At present we are scheduling for delivery from April to May.

The Features that you can enjoy with Atmoph Window 2

In order to prioritize as speedy a dispatch as possible, we are still developing some basic features including the panorama, Camera, and LED features. Only some of the full features are currently available, these include browsing the View store, clock display etc. We will be adding further features to system updates in an ongoing process. We are developing them as fast as we can, and we most appreciate your further patience! We promise you will not be disappointed.

We truly understand your concerns in the face of uncertainties over the delivery schedule, which unfortunately at this point are beyond our control.
