Updating Shipping Schedule


Those customers with the following orders:

  • Atmoph Window 2 (Basic) Black/Salmon Pink/ Forest Green
  • Atmoph Window 2 (Wood) Orders made after March 4th 

Thank you for ordering Atmoph Window 2. We would like to again express our sincere gratitude for your patience in waiting for the arrival of your product. We previously announced that shipment for these products would start from approximately the middle of June, so we understand that you must be looking forward to the arrival of your order. We are so very sorry that under these circumstances we have to inform you that we have been contacted by our manufacturing plant and shipping partner in China, and that the schedule has been pushed back from the original timetable.We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the repeated delays. Currently, manufacturing of the product is actually complete and shipment arrangements are being processed, however due to a shortage of containers as a result of COVID-19, the transportation schedule has been impacted.

The revised shipping schedule is as follows:

  • June 18: Scheduled to arrive at Tokyo portWe plan to ship by sea. With the current arrival schedule, there may be a delay.
  • June 18 - 25: Customs clearance, dispatch arrangements to warehouse, etc.
  • End of June - early July: Dispatch to those who have made orders

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the many changes in the timing of deliveries. As for dispatch, our team is working hard to make manufacturing and shipping our top priority. We most appreciate your kind patience for just this little while longer. We would like to thank you once again for your understanding and enduring support.
