We would like to thank you also for your kind patience during the long period since your pre-order until today. On receiving your pre-order, we informed you that the product would be dispatched in May. Many of you, our valued customers, are therefore looking forward to the arrival of your Atmoph Window 2. It is thus with sincere apologies that we must further inform you that due to delays in the previous manufacturing lot, the current manufacturing lot is also experiencing slight delays in the schedule. We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience.
The new revised dispatch schedule is as follows:
- Early June : Manufacturing completed at China factory, dispatch to Japan begins
- Mid of June: Arrival in Japan, customs clearance, etc.
- End of June - Early July: Initiate shipping from the warehouse in Japan
