We are most sorry that under such circumstances we must let you know, after various discussions with our Chinese manufacturing partners, of further predicted delays of one to two months. As a result of a worldwide semiconductor shortages and distribution issues due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays in acquisition of just one video IC chip part used in the Atmoph Window 2.
While we have been trying numerous avenues to obtain the part, the earliest availability date is March, meaning that dispatch of the completed product will be delayed until the end of March or possibly early April. We sincerely apologize to all our valued customers for keeping you waiting on delivery.
We will provide further information on our site and via email as soon as it becomes available. We are working with our manufacturing partner to deliver the product at the earliest date possible, so we must ask if you could kindly please wait just a while longer.
