Refurbished products are units that Atmoph has inspected for cosmetic condition and tested for correct operation, and that we ship only after confirming they meet our standards.

Accessories such as the power cable are included in as-new condition, and the product warranty is the same as for a new unit: one year from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of an initial defect or malfunction, we accept returns, exchanges and repairs.

You may find slight scuffs or small scratches on the body or the packaging box, but the display quality, the speakers and every function are equivalent to a new unit. There is no difference in the experience of using it as a window.

There may be very slight scuffs or small scratches on the exterior. The degree varies from unit to unit, and we cannot accept orders that specify a particular condition.

The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery.

Returns, exchanges and repairs for initial defects or product malfunctions are handled under the same conditions as for new products
