Is there a product warranty?

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (for pre-orders, from the date the product is delivered; some products are excluded). In addition to the standard warranty, we also offer the Limitless supplementary warranty.
Can I return an item after purchase?

What if the product arrives damaged?

When your item arrives, please unpack it as soon as possible and check the exterior for damage. If you find damage caused during shipping (a cracked screen, damage to the casing, etc.), please contact us via the inquiry form within 8 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or accept a return. When you contact us, please attach photos of the damaged area and of the outer box (shipping carton).
Please note that free replacement, return, or repair as a shipping accident may not be available in the following cases:
- Claims made more than 8 days after the item was delivered (because such damage is difficult to distinguish from damage that occurred during storage or installation)
- Damage or malfunction caused by the customer's handling or by installation work, such as dropping, crushing, impact, or exposure to water
- Cases where we cannot confirm that the damage occurred during shipping, for example if the outer box (shipping carton) has been discarded
Internal product faults, such as the unit not powering on or not working correctly, are covered by the product warranty described in "Warranty" below, regardless of the period above.
If a fault occurs during normal use in accordance with the instruction manual, we will repair or replace the product within the warranty period.
