How the Free Trial Works

We will refund the full amount paid at the time of purchase (product price + delivery shipping fee).

① Order & Receive

Place your order for an eligible product at the official Atmoph Store. We will deliver it according to the estimated delivery date.

② Live with a window for 30 days.

For 30 days after delivery, install it on your wall and try it at your own pace.

You can also enjoy Limitless, our unlimited views service, free of charge during the 30 days.

③ Request a Return with Support

If you feel the product is not right for you, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of delivery.

④ Return & Full Refund

Please return the product via Yamato Transport with collect-on-delivery shipping. After the necessary procedures, we will issue a full refund.

Terms of Use

If the following conditions are not met, we may charge for shipping or other fees.

  • The product must be free of defects, scratches, or damage, and must be in working order.
  • The original retail box, packaging materials, and shipping box from delivery must all be retained.
  • All accessories (AC adapter, cables, etc.) must be included (the wall-mount guide is excluded).
  • For set products, all items in the set must be present (partial returns are not accepted).
  • One use per person/address, up to a maximum of 5 units.
  • The product must have been ordered at the official Atmoph online store (atmoph.com).
  • Delivery within Japan (excluding remote islands).

The following are not eligible for the 30-Day Free Trial, and the standard return policy applies.

  • Purchases of products not on the eligible list
  • Purchases made on Amazon, Rakuten, electronics retailers, or other sales channels
  • Purchases made in a corporate name or through a distributor
  • Deliveries to outside Japan or to remote islands, and returns from those areas

How to Return

Step 1: Within 30 days of delivery, please contact Customer Support with the following information.

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email address used at the time of order
  • Product(s) and quantity you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: We will send you a brief survey about the reason for your return.

Step 3: After completing the survey, please pack the product in its original retail box and shipping box.

Step 4: Arrange a pickup with Yamato Transport, or ship the package collect-on-delivery from a nearby Yamato office or convenience store to the address below.

*The return address will be provided by Customer Support.

Step 5: After we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund within 30 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When do the 30 days start?

30 days from the delivery date (delivery completion date). Requests made on or after the 31st day are not eligible.

Q. Can I return the product if I have thrown away the retail box or shipping box?

The original retail box and shipping box are required in their original delivered condition. If there is any possibility you may return the product, please keep both boxes and the cushioning material for 30 days. If the boxes are missing, the standard return policy will apply.

Q. I have already mounted it on the wall. Can I still return it?

Yes, returns are accepted even after use. It is fine if the wall-mount guide has been used. We will accept the return as long as the main unit is free of scratches and damage.

Q. I purchased a multi-unit set. Can I keep one and return the rest?

We are sorry, but set products can only be returned as a complete set. Partial returns cannot be accepted.

Q. I purchased a set that includes an Edition Pass. Is it eligible?

We are sorry, but set products that include an Edition Pass are not eligible for this program. Due to the nature of digital content, the Edition Pass cannot be included in this program.

Q. If I separately purchased view content, will that also be refunded?

View content (one-time purchases and Limitless) is not eligible for this program. Refunds apply only to the Atmoph Window Yo main unit and bundled items.

Q. Can I return it even after opening and using it?

Yes, returns are accepted even after use. However, the product must power on and be free of malfunction, scratches, or damage.

Please contact Customer Support by email or via the inquiry form with the following information. We will then send you a brief survey about the reason for your return.

Q. When will the refund be issued?

After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund within 30 days according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Q. What if I want to purchase again after returning the product?

This program may be used only once per person and per address, but regular purchases can be made as many times as you like.

Q. Is a product given as a gift also eligible?

Only the original purchaser may use this program. Requests from gift recipients are not eligible.

Q. What about return conditions not described here?
