Is there a product warranty?

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (for pre-orders, from the date the product arrives; some products are excluded). In addition to the standard warranty, we also offer the Limitless Plan Warranty (link opens in a new tab/window).
Can I return an item after purchase?

Items you have purchased can be returned free of charge within 30 days (some products are excluded).
Are there shipping fees?

Shipping is charged separately. It is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and the number of Atmoph Window Yo units in your order.

Can I pay in installments?

With the Paidy deferred payment service, you can split your payment into up to 12 instalments with no instalment fees. Atmoph Split Pay supports up to 60 instalments.

Can I give an Atmoph Window as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase it as a gift. However, we recommend checking the following requirements in advance so that the recipient can start using it smoothly.
1. A Wi-Fi (internet) connection is required. A stable Wi-Fi connection at home is needed for the initial setup and for downloading views.
2. Installation is done by the customer. We do not provide installation support for mounting the unit on a wall. You will need to prepare screws or nails suited to your wall material and install it yourself.
3. Adding views involves a cost and credit card registration. The unit comes with 3 original views preinstalled, but to enjoy more than 2,000 additional views you will need to subscribe to the monthly Limitless plan or purchase views individually. Please note that using the Limitless plan requires the recipient to register their own credit card information.
Can I hang it on the wall even in a rental apartment?

Yes, wall mounting is possible in many rental homes.
When mounting the Atmoph Window Yo on a plasterboard wall, we recommend a hook that is fixed with thin pins (such as the separately sold Wall Mount Kit for Atmoph Window Yo). The holes left by this type of hook are about the size of a pushpin hole and are very hard to notice, which makes it well suited to rental homes.
[Notes on installation]
- Check the wall material: Pin-type hooks can only be used on plasterboard walls. They cannot be used on concrete or wooden walls.
- Check your rental agreement: To be safe, we recommend reviewing your lease (the section on restoring the property to its original condition) or consulting your property management company in advance.
Is there anywhere I can see the actual product?

Yes, there is. The official Atmoph website's "Showroom Locations" page lists stores and facilities where you can see the actual Atmoph Window in person. Please check the official website's menu for a location near you.
How much does it cost to run in electricity?

This varies depending on usage time, brightness settings, and your electricity provider, but the Atmoph Window Yo unit alone consumes up to 32W, and up to 65W with modules attached.
Can I use it without subscribing?

Yes, you can use it without subscribing to the Limitless plan.
The unit comes with 3 original views preinstalled, and if you would like to add new views, you can purchase them individually starting at 790 yen each.
Even without a Limitless subscription, the following features are available in a limited capacity.
• Uploading your own videos: up to once per week
• Watching live cameras: up to 3 times a day, 10 minutes per session
• Playlist feature: up to 3 playlists (*only purchased views can be played)
• AI assistant (Ask): up to 3 times a day
(*Features such as automatic view switching by time of day (Auto function) and the Limitless Plan Warranty covering total loss or partial damage are exclusive to the Limitless plan.)
Can I display my own photos or videos?

You can upload and display videos that you have shot yourself. However, uploading photos (still images) is not supported.
The required formats and conditions for uploading videos are as follows.

• File format: mp4 / mov encoded with H.264 or H.265
• Video length: 1 minute or longer, up to 15 minutes
• File size: up to 5GB
• Resolution:
◦ Single (1 unit): 1080px × 1920px or 2160px × 3840px
◦ Panorama (3 units): 3840px × 2160px
*Videos can be uploaded up to once per week without a Limitless subscription, and up to once every 30 minutes with a subscription.
