Our products are covered for one year from the date of purchase (for pre-orders, from the date the product arrives; some products are excluded). Separately from the standard warranty, we also offer Limitless supplementary coverage (the link opens in a new tab/window).

What do I need in order to use it?

You need a Wi-Fi connection and a power supply.
Basic functions can be operated with the Scope and the buttons on the unit, but you will need a smartphone in order to enter text or use the upload feature.

Can I give an Atmoph Window as a gift?

Yes, you can buy one as a gift. To help the person receiving it get started smoothly, however, we recommend checking the following conditions in advance.
1. A Wi-Fi (internet) connection is essential. A stable Wi-Fi connection at home is needed for the initial setup and for downloading views.
2. Installation is carried out by the customer. We do not provide installation support for mounting the unit on a wall. You will need to prepare screws, nails or similar hardware suited to your wall and install it yourself.
3. Adding views requires payment and a registered credit card. Three original views come pre-installed on the unit, but enjoying more than 2,000 further views requires either the monthly "Limitless" plan or purchasing views individually. Please also note that using the "Limitless" plan requires the recipient to register their own credit card details.
Can I hang it on the wall in a rented home?

Yes, wall mounting is possible in many rented homes.
When mounting the Atmoph Window Yo on a plasterboard wall, we recommend a hook that is fixed with thin pins (such as the separately sold "Wall Mount Kit for Atmoph Window Yo"). The hole left behind when this type of hook is removed is about the size of a pushpin mark, so it is very small and hard to notice, which makes it easy to use in a rented home.
[Notes on installation]
- Check the wall material: pin-type hooks can only be used on plasterboard walls. They cannot be used on concrete or wooden walls.
- Check your rental agreement: to be safe, we recommend checking your lease (the section on restoring the property to its original condition) in advance, or consulting your property management company.
Is there anywhere I can see one in person?

How much does it cost in electricity?

It varies with how long you use it, the brightness setting and your electricity provider, but the Atmoph Window Yo unit on its own draws a maximum of 32W. With modules attached, maximum power consumption is 65W.
Can I use it without a subscription?

Yes, you can use it without subscribing to the Limitless plan.
Three original views come pre-installed on the unit, and if you want to add new views you can also buy them individually.
Even without a Limitless subscription, the following features are available with some limits.
• Uploading your own videos: up to once a week
• Watching live cameras: 10 minutes at a time, up to 3 times a day
• Playlists: up to 3 can be created (*only views you have purchased can be played)
• AI assistant (Ask): up to 3 times a day
(*Features such as automatic view switching by time of day (Auto) and the Limitless supplementary coverage for total or partial damage are exclusive to the Limitless plan.)
Can I display photos and videos I have taken myself?

You can upload and display videos you have filmed yourself. Uploading photos (still images) is not supported.
The required formats and conditions for uploading video are as follows.

• Length: 1 minute or more and up to 15 minutes
• File size: up to 5GB
• Resolution:

*Videos can be uploaded once a week without a Limitless plan, and once every 30 minutes with one.
